1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 779pub ("779pub", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://779pub.org. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, sports betting markets, promotions, bonuses, payment systems, and any other features available on the 779pub platform.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 779pub, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine gaming regulations for online casino and sports betting participation.
• You are physically located in the Philippines or are a Filipino citizen legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party or organization.

• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or relative of a 779pub employee in a position that could create a conflict of interest.
• You are acting in full compliance with applicable Philippine laws, PAGCOR regulations, and these Terms.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. 779pub reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point and to suspend or close your account if you are found to be ineligible.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 779pub platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses therein.

3 KYC & Identity Verification

As part of 779pub's commitment to operating a secure, compliant, and regulated platform, all users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed and may be required before accessing certain features or bonus offers.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

779pub supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Pesos (₱) via the following verified payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and Bitcoin (BTC). All transactions are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• 779pub does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made using a payment method not registered in your name may be declined and refunded.
• 779pub reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting any deposit it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes during operating hours.
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown within the withdrawal interface.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

779pub offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, sports betting promotions, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

• Bonuses are valid only for the period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• 779pub reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if it suspects abuse, exploitation, or a technical error.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money funds are used first; bonus funds are used thereafter in accordance with bonus wallet rules.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned to 779pub and any winnings derived from an erroneous bonus credit are void.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering contributions. Refer to the specific promotion terms for the applicable game contribution percentages.

Players found to be abusing the 779pub bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to eliminate risk, or any other behavior deemed to constitute bonus abuse — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for potential closure.

6 Games & Betting Rules

All casino games available on 779pub — including baccarat, bingo, slot games, live dealer titles, and table games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer procedures that have been independently tested for fairness and compliance. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform system.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 779pub cover PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, international football, and other sports events. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• All bets are accepted at 779pub's discretion. 779pub reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet without explanation.
• In the event of a match cancellation, postponement beyond 24 hours, or walkover, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the specific sport's rules.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to additional rules. A bet placed during a live event is only confirmed once accepted by the system; connection delays do not entitle a player to odds or outcomes already resolved.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and player account level.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a game error, software malfunction, or connectivity issue that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 779pub reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the applicable stake to the player. 779pub's decision in such matters is final. No claims for winnings based on malfunctions will be entertained.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 779pub platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit system errors or bonus structures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the 779pub platform, its servers, or its security systems.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 779pub platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 779pub content without express written permission.

Any unauthorized use of 779pub's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The 779pub platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 779pub makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

779pub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the 779pub platform.
• Any interruption, delay, or error in platform services due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond 779pub's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from gambling activity on the platform, including but not limited to financial losses.
• Reliance on any information, content, or promotional material published on the platform.

In all cases, 779pub's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

779pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the account.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any point.
• Account inactivity in accordance with 779pub's dormant account policy.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or financial intelligence unit.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are not returned on account closure.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting 779pub customer support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the 779pub platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and 779pub, you agree to first contact 779pub's customer support team via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. 779pub will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute fairly and promptly, typically within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 779pub.

14 Amendments to These Terms

779pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 779pub will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when these Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of the 779pub platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
