7 Data Retention

• KYC & Identity Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the business relationship, as required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (RA 9160) and its amendments.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for five (5) years from the date of the transaction.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of consent or until consent is withdrawn, whichever is earlier.
• Technical Logs: Retained for twelve (12) months on a rolling basis.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with NPC-approved data disposal procedures. Anonymized, aggregated data (from which no individual can be identified) may be retained indefinitely for statistical and platform improvement purposes.

8 Data Security

12 Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of 779pub's third-party service providers — including game content providers, cloud infrastructure operators, and KYC technology platforms — may be located outside of the Philippines.
